Guaranteed Timetables
We know that time is very important for you, which is why we have decided to guarantee adherence to timetables. In the event that SuperCity trains are delayed by 60 or more minutes because timetables are not adhered to, or if replacement bus transportation is used instead of trains, even on part of the line, you can request a refund of your SC seat reservation at any passenger ticket counter. All arrangements related to ticket refunds due to delays will be awarded only for domestic transport.
Of course we offer you the possibility of free exchanges of unused tickets for other SuperCity connections running while your original ticket is still valid. The exchange cannot be performed, however, for SC reservations with the RailPlus discount in connection with an SC train on which the RailPlus discount for reservations is not available, or for SC train documents purchased online (ČD eShop) or by telephone (TeleTiket).
