Information and Assistance Services
When using the services of SC trains, we offer a complete information system, as well as assistance services. Expertly-trained personnel are available on trains and are prepared to answer your questions and resolve possible requests or problems. During the trip, the train’s announcement system provides information on the train’s trip as well as what’s on offer in the bistro. You can also find out information on timetables, connections and services on trains in the SuperCity Guide, which is prepared for you on board the train and at the Praha hl.n., Pardubice hl.n., Olomouc hl.n., Ostrava-Svinov, Ostrava hl.n., Brno hl.n. and Břeclav train stations. You will always be informed about arrivals and departures of SuperCity trains via the audiovisual information system at train stations.
