TeleTiket – buying tickets by phone
You can purchase a train ticket from anywhere thanks to the TeleTiket service; all you need is a phone.
By dialling +420 840 112 113 you can purchase:
- inland tickets for all trains, with at most one transfer
- international tickets to selected destinations
When purchasing tickets over the phone it is necessary to pay using a payment card. After payment, the ticket will be sent to you via e-mail. You must then print out the ticket on your printer. Inland tickets can be shown to the conductor on the screen of a laptop or other similar device. Upon request, we can also prepare your purchased tickets for retrieval at the railway station of your choice.
When purchasing tickets by telephone, a fee of CZK 50 per transaction is charged.

The purchase can also be made by a person other than the traveller – by an assistant, for example. An assistant can, for example, purchase a ticket on a corporate card issued in his or her name, on which the company director will subsequently travel.
