Express ticket counters
We know that time is very important for every passenger. That’s why we decided to provide preferred check-ins at express ticket counters at our train stations for passengers on SC trains. You can always use the advantages of express check-in 30 minutes before regular SC train departures. You can also buy other Czech Railways tickets on offer at these ticket counters. Payments can be made in cash or by payment card.
Express ticket counters are located at the train stations at Olomouc hl.n., Ostrava-Svinov, Ostrava hl.n. and are clearly marked with the express ticket counter logo.
At the stations Praha hl.n. and Pardubice hl.n. you will find priority ticketing counters providing comprehensive services connected with the purchase of travel documents especially for SuperCity passengers, but also for passengers travelling in 1st class on all other train connections, and disabled passengers as well. At these ticket counters, too, you can pay in cash or using a payment card.
